Meet Aaron…

Currently our company expert on Ordorite is Aaron Givans, he will be showing you the ropes and providing ongoing training on the use of ordorite and all it has to offer. Aaron is always on-call for assistance on any day of the week and will be happy to answer any questions you have on a day to day basis after your initial training period.

A little bit about Aaron and his current role:

Aaron originally came to brand interiors in 2009 and started employment as a sales assistant at our Colne Branch. Since then he has moved into various roles within the company, eventually becoming a store manager at our Bolton Branch before finding a home as part of the operations team, primarily focusing on Ordorite and company processes.

Aaron will be providing training to new employees on the use of ordorite and all its capabilities to help them/you understand the benefits of the system and how it can be best used to improve performance in and out of their store. Aaron also provides ongoing training for current employees including store managers, as ordorite is always evolving, and requires that we grow with it.

After your initial training period at our dedicated Training Center, Aaron will be on hand to provide assistance on a daily basis, whether that be via email, telephone or face to face, as we understand that not everything will sink in right away. In the unlikely event that you cannot contact Aaron, there is also technical support offered by Ordorite themselves if you just call their support helpline they’ll be happy to take your call. – don’t forget you can always ask your colleagues for help should you need it, our staff are very friendly and will always lend a hand should you need one.

Aaron also works closely with other departments as a liaison to ordorite, suggesting improvements and changes to the system, to make every part of Brand interiors run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. This ranges from logistics to purchasing to warehouse management and more.
